These books are well-written and have translated well into the movie screen. Two of my favorite works of his are: "The Notebook" and "A Walk To Remember". He has been rather prolific in the last few years in writing various books including, "The Last Song", "Dear John", "Nights at Rodanthe", etc. Nicholas Sparks is the best popular romantic writer out there.
